RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us via email at sales@bezlerknives.co.za so that we can assist you and rectify the situation.

No “Change of Heart” returns will be accepted.

If you wish to return a product bought on Bezler Knives’ website, it must be returned within 14 days after the order date, in its original condition and original packaging. You are liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same. This means the products should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that any labels or tags should be intact. The buyer is obliged to pay the cost of couriering the product to the Bezler Knives’ warehouse.

If you wish to return your product, always contact us first by sending an e-mail to sales@bezlerknives.co.za.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product(s), unless you received the incorrect item or if the product(s) in some way are incorrect by due to an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If applicable, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.

When returning your product(s) the original package needs to be intact, so make sure to protect it with enough wrapping for the transportation. If applicable, all accessories accompanying the product(s) must be returned, such as original package, clips, loops, sheaths, etc. If, for some reason, there are defects to the product(s) caused by the customer, you are liable for such diminished value. Bezler Knives holds the right to make refund reductions in any case or, if necessary, not accept the return.

Please note that all returns must be approved and registered by our customer support prior to sending us the product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible. Please note that this may take some working days.

Warranty

Morakniv products have a lifetime warranty. The terms are presented on Morakniv’s website: Guarantee. This warranty extends only to the product’s original purchaser. Broken knife tips, discolourations from food and rust spots are not covered. The guarantee excludes damage caused by misuse or accident. We guarantee that all our knives are free from defects in materials, construction and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, with normal use and provided that the care instructions here on the website are followed. If the knife is faulty in terms of materials or workmanship, we will repair it free of charge, or exchange it for an identical knife or for one of equivalent value if the model has been discontinued. The guarantee does not give the right to a refund.
